I made these cupcakes to go with the Minnie Mouse cake for my Great-Niece's 4th birthday. They were covered in buttercream and topped with mouse ears with a bow. I made the ears by mixing black fondant with gumpaste and rolling to about 1/16” thick. I cut them out using the medium circle cutter (1-3/8”) and the large end of a small coupler (7/8”). After they thoroughly dried I glued the ears to the head with gumpaste glue. After this dried I steamed them.
